Exchange Policy

At Sizvo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to exchange a product, please review our conditions and guidelines below.

Exchange Period

You may request a product exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will not be accepted for exchange.

Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Our team will evaluate the item, and if the defect is confirmed, we will replace it at no extra cost.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email at [email protected], including your order number, reason for the exchange, and, if possible, photos of the product.

Shipping Costs

- If the exchange is due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to personal reasons (wrong size, color, etc.), the customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.
